We develop seals and molded parts made of rubber and plastics. We have many years of experience in designing these types of products and expertise in production processes.

Project Examples
The software tools supporting us in product design are CATIA and NX. We have many years of experience in using these programs, which translates into strong skills in both solid and surface module applications. We have expertise in creating 3D models and 2D documentation in accordance with the standards of Mercedes, BMW, and VW.
Simulations
The software we use for FEM simulations is MSC MARC. Our simulations, assuming that we use material models of our compounds and that the products are manufactured in-house, have a very small error margin of ± 10%.
We have over 20 years of experience in simulating rubber and plastic products.
2D Simulations
Behavior of seals on a flat section, installation forces, removal forces, balloon load capacity, etc.
3D Simulations
Behavior of seals and molded products on spatial elements, static and dynamic stiffness of molded products in all directions, etc.
