Main responsibilities
- developing and implementing new rubber compound formulations into production
- optimization of formulations and production processes for rubber compounds
- research and development related to: new raw materials for the production of rubber compounds and new rubber compounds
- the use of new raw materials intended for the production of mixtures
- analysis of test results for raw materials and rubber compounds
- developing raw material specifications
- maintenance of the company's IT systems
Requirements
- a bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field
- a very good understanding of the properties of plastics
- at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- ability to read technical documentation
- good command of English
- good time management
